Golden Trooper Rules
1. Must show in 10 PHEK shows
2. Must show at the State Fair
3. Must pay the Max fee on horse
4. Must have Kansas membership
5. One horse/family can be awarded.
The Award to be made at Fall Meeting with the winner to be given a stall at one PHEK circuit show in 2012.
